The year is 199X.  In a city of crime, a small martial-arts dojo has just moved in.  This dojo is operated by two young twin brothers named Billy and Jimmy Lee.  In their dojo they taught a martial-arts style they created called "Sou-Setsu-Ken."  It was so fast and powerful that their proud style was labeled as "the fist that whirls," and the dojo quickly gathered popularity.  One of the disciples at the Sou-Setsu-Ken Dojo was a female cop named Marian Kelly.  Marian is the only female Narcotic Investigator at the police station, and was inspecting a local drug-smuggling cartel.  One day on her way back from the dojo, she went to investigate the "Shadow Warriors" and has yet to return.  Several days later the Lee brothers received a letter from the Shadow Warriors.

"If you want to save Marian's life, hand over your dojo to us and cooperate in enlarging our branch, the Duke Dojo, as our subordinates.

- The Shadow Warriors."

The Lee brothers are now determined to fight for Marian's freedom.
