Super Double Dragon Moves

 

Billy Lee & Jimmy Lee

Basic Attacks

Punch Press Y to punch.  Billy uses a back fist while Jimmy uses a reverse punch.  Both punches deal the same damage.  A series of punches will end with an uppercut.
Kick Press A to kick.  Both Billy and Jimmy use the same kick.  In a series of kicks the first is a roundhouse, followed by a hook kick, then ending with a spinning hook kick.
Low Kick To kick to the knees, hold the control pad down while kicking.  The first kick tricks the opponent and is automatically followed by a standard roundhouse.
Side Kick To perform a side kick instead of the standard spinning hook kick finisher, hold down on the control pad while performing your third kick.
Block Press B to block.  Billy and Jimmy automatically adjust to defend against low and high attacks.  Does not defend against weapons.
Jump Kick Press X to jump.  Press either Y, B, A, or X again to perform a jump kick.  Billy and Jimmy can perform a jump kick in the opposite direction by holding the control pad in the opposite direction (while in mid-air) and kicking.
Dive Kick While in the air, hold the control pad down and press Y, B, A, or X.  
Wall Kick Simply jump against a wall and press the control pad in the opposite direction.  Can be followed up with a standard jump kick or dive kick.

Blocks and Grabs

Arm Lock Block when an enemy punches to trap his arm.  He will be immobilized.  You can still be knocked down by other attackers, however.
Punch Press Y to punch.  The fourth punch will end with a series of devastating back fists.
Kick Press A to kick to the ribs.  The fourth kick will end with a series of kicks to the face.
Shoulder Throw Press B while holding your opponent's arm to perform a shoulder throw.  If your opponent lands on another attacker, he will knock that person down.
Defensive Kick While holding an enemy in the arm lock, press the control pad away from your trapped attacker and press A to kick opponents who are behind you.
Hair Grab While an enemy is dazed (right before the final punch or kick) you can grab his hair by pressing the control pad toward him.  Does not work on everyone.
Elbow Smash Press Y to deliver elbow smashes to the top of your opponent's head.  Up to four elbows can be done.
Knee Smash Press A to deliver knee smashes to the face.  Up to four knee smashes can be done.
Shoulder Throw Press B while in the hair grab to perform a shoulder throw.
Defensive Kick While holding an enemy in a hair grab, press the control pad away from your trapped attacker and press A to kick opponents behind you.

Power Bar Moves

Spinning Back Fist When the power bar is charged less than halfway, press Y to perform a powerful spinning back fist.
Jump Spinning Kick While the power bar is charged less than halfway, press A to perform a powerful jump spinning kick.  Knocks down all enemies with one hit.
Hurricane Kick While the power bar is charged more than halfway (but not full), press Y or A to perform a hurricane kick that travels horizontally across the screen.  Similar to the previous Cyclone Kick from DD II and DD III.
Full Charge Hold the L or R buttons to charge the power bar.  When the bar is completely charged, Billy and Jimmy will become powered up, allowing them to get up faster after being knocked down as well as deliver two powerful attacks.
Punch Press Y while powered up to deliver a punch that knocks opponents down with one hit.
Kick Press A while powered up to deliver a kick that knocks down opponents with one hit.  The kick is extremely fast and can be performed in rapid succession.
