Yes. There sure are a lot of mods. I have several, that I run on Windows XP and 98, as you may have seen in my YouTube Vid. I don't have a Dreamcast, yet. I think for Dreamcast, you download the rar file, then unzip it with 7zip, which would (I think) leave you with an iso image. I believe that you then burn the iso image to disc with Nero (or something like it). I hate to talk out of my (you know), but I haven't actually done an iso to disc burn before. I am giving the best unqualified answer that I can as a guide line. It is a pleasure to hear from you, as you are a bigwig in a website that I have been enjoying for years. Thanks for this fine site.
