I have a few questions

I've been reading up at gamefaqs since my desire to play video games lately can't be met because of where I live. I basically don't have the space. Alot of my possessions remain in boxes and you may or may not realize it but playing video games requires space. Anyway, when you search "Double Dragon" at gamefaqs, you get all of the results, plus a result under "Arcade" that reads this: Double Draon (Neo Geo). The other results include a listing for Double Dragon under "Neo Geo" and "Neo Geo CD", plus other results that are irrelevant to my question.
I know what a Neo Geo is, but that's about it. Why does this say what it says at gamefaqs?

Hmmmmmmm. I have a theory.
Though they are all the same game, there are multiple "versions," if you will, of Double Dragon (Neo Geo tournament fighting game). There's an AES cartridge, an MVS cartridge, and a CD-ROM. I suppose they just listed all of those because they're technically different storage formats. For instance, some Famicom games were on both cartridge and floppy disk if I recall correctly. It would be no different than creating two listings for those Famicom games: one for the cartridge format, and one for the floppy disk format.
It may be redundant, but it lets people know that there were different formats you could buy, sort of like getting a Genesis or SNES version of a game.
