Is this a legit JP copy of the game or a bootleg cause i could of sworn this only came out in the US and EU... What do you all think?

I think it's fake. The Genesis/Mega Drive version is already an unlicensed cartridge, and I don't think Technos would go through the trouble of remaking a game they already made a few years earlier on a different system.

I agree. Even the official release data on the game does not list a Japanese Double Dragon game ever being legitimately published on the Japanese Mega Drive.
