For me, it goes to the first NES Double Dragon, slightly better than the Arcade.

Those edited Dulton sprites definitely look closer to the average Billy and Jimmy look. I never really noticed how off Billy and Jimmy looked compared to the movie because I watched maybe about 10 minutes on TV and was too put off to watch anymore. Definitely looks like something was up.

That game looks good, hopefully it will make it here sometime by way of Xbox Live, WiiWare, or a portable system.
