If you don't mind a little constructive criticism, Marian doesn't look quite right. Is her sprite from another system's port? At any rate, since you're going with NES sprites, I'd recommend her set from either NES DD 1 or 2.

I gotta say, my favourite new track is Neon Jungle (Track 4, City Streets 2).

I'm not sure if it's supposed to be a direct tribute to any particular 80s song or artist, but it has a distinctive 80s poppy flair about it that just makes it fun to listen to.
