Re: Welcome to the new forums!

It certainly does.

Re: Tradewest is back

That is interesting. You don't expect to see old publishers return, especially (fairly) obscure ones such as Tradewest.

Who holds the rights to Double Dragon now and how do we buy it? ;)

Re: Double Dragon Renegade

A quick search on youtube reveals far more fan games / mods than I ever thought. You'll have to make a post explaining how to run them on a DC as well as a PC (my DC is currently gathering dust and it would be great to have an excuse to start it up again). Can't say I've heard of the game in questio...

Re: Double Dragon for Xbox 360

Double Dragon was out on XBox Live up until quite recently (but I haven't checked this myself). I wouldn't say it was much improved either; it's just the original arcade emulated with a few extra options. I have the trial version and there's an option to keep or ditch the tinkered graphics, which re...

Re: Touhou Project

Gradius Rebirth is alright but how I long for a proper sequel to Gradius V. Maybe some day soon...

Haven't seen these but may have a look if I have some time.

Re: Double Dragon for Zeebo (new game released in Brazil)

I was expecting the worst but animation looks great. Love the constant motion and the models kinda remind me of the later Fire Pro Wrestling games. Proof that 2D still has what it takes.

Re: Best or favorite rendition of the Double Dragon theme

Can't say I recognise the NES version as the original, most recognisable or the best. Methinks it's a US / NES fandom thing... I'm going with the first coin-op.

Dingoo A320... Play ALL the Double Dragons on the move!

Just picked up one of these... m Basically it's an open source handheld with a great little screen and built in emulators. Impressive little thing to say the least. I haven't updated any of the firmware / software or anything yet (the community is thriving and updating it all the time) and have happ...

Re: Double Dragon prototypes

Makes sense. I had no idea many NES games were developed at the same time.

Your information is fascinating and I've missed it to be honest!

Re: Unproduced Double Dragon TV pilot

The February 1994 issue of Nintendo Power (Bugs Bunny cover) also mentions the development of a Double Dragon game titled "Code of the Dragon" (very likely just an early name for Double Dragon V, considering the timing of its release). ...And also a corny line from the cartoon's theme tun...
