Re: Question - Did Jeff ever use weapons on the arcade version?
You're right mate, I should! Been working from the Double Dragon Forever sprite sheets so I supplied the programmer with too many animations!

Re: Double Dragon Forever
Yeah it's a game that I would love to see properly finished. I think that we could see that Cleber was becoming bored with the coding when he started adding way too many enemies instead of programming the level traps and other features that the rest of the team come up with. A real shame because Cle...

Re: Double Dragon Forever
Great news Cleber! I'll try to help once again but I'm moving house in a couple of weeks time into temporary accommodation as the new house I'm buying isnt ready yet. So I've not got much time on my hands. I can certainly help out with the easier stuff such as doors though. I've been working on a DD...

Re: Double Dragon Forever 0.9.1 is out.
Just worth mentioning that Window users might have to use the Windows 98/Windows Me compatibility settings on the following exe files to get the game running on newer versions of Windows:
setup
setinput

Re: 10 Year Anniversary of this website
That'd be great. There's a great feature in Retro Gamer I plan to rip off. They all say why they like a particullar title and all answer the same various questions on it. I'll PM you them if you like so we don't see each other's answers and anyone else that's around can join in. Then we can put the...

http://www.mobygames.com/images/shots/l/85453-double-dragon-zx-spectrum-screenshot-now-i-m-taking-a-beating.png No offense, but eeesh! Don't worry, I thought exactly the same when I first loaded up Double Dragon on the Spectrum. The thing is, a really crap graphic artist worked on that game. Don't ...

Re: Sequels To Renegade..or River City Ransom?
Yep all fan work. I reckon that if I had been about 5 years older, then I might have stood a chance doing some professional graphics for the Spectrum. The Target Renegade graphics are simly coloured in versions of the Spectrum version. Double Dragon though is my own work. The trouble is, I have to r...

Tracking Renegade - Renegade 2 remake for iPhone
Tracking Renegade is a remake of Target: Renegade but is based on the UK 8bit versions rather than the NES game. Sadly it features rendered graphics rather than hand drawn sprites, but it plays rather well and uses a few ideas from Double Dragon 3. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v661/Swainy_boy/1...
