The time is 199X AD. Violence ruled the streets as a result of a nuclear war... Among it was a very large organization that was feared everyday by the people, a violent group called "the Black Warriors." In the other side of the town lived two twin brothers who managed a Kung-Fu school. The older brother was named Jimmy Lee, while the younger one was called Billy Lee... One day, the town was devastated as usual and the Black Warriors were having a meeting. A girl accidentally stumbled there and she was killed by their cruel hands. That girl was called Marian... She was Billy's girlfriend. Billy and his brother Jimmy have decided to take revenge and stand-up against the Black Warriors.
