"A year has passed since Billy and Jimmy defeated the Black Warriors and saved Marian.  Tranquility returned to the streets, but it did not last long.

One day, a mysterious armed group that appeared heard about the Lee Brothers' Dojo being referred as the world's strongest and killed several of the local martial-arts houses with Billy and Jimmy's Dojo being no exception to the increasing casualties.  The exact origin of this group is unknown.  It uses a secret Kenpou style called "Gen-Satsu-Ken," which is known as the Assassination Arts of the Shadow.

"Gen-Satsu-Ken" has the opposite intentions of Billy and Jimmy's martial-arts style, "Sou-Setsu-Ken."  The two martial-arts branches were destined to destroy each other for several generations.

One day, an attack was made at the dojo.  While Billy's girlfriend, Marian, was nursing wounded students, a black shadow entered the room.  The black shadow attacked Marian.  While losing consciousness, Marian cried for Billy's name.  Billy heard her voice and ran back to the room only to find Marian lifeless.  The Lee Brothers have sworn to avenge Marian's death."
